As students balancing a range of responsibilities, it is important to make sure you are also taking care of your mental health.
This can be achieved by, among other things:
Having a good support network — reach out to friends for help!
Taking time for yourself — take time to walk the dog, meet up with friends, or read something that isn’t a property law textbook!
Make sure you get a good amount of sleep
Don’t be afraid to admit when you need more help. If you need more support, free and confidential counselling sessions can be booked through the university, and can be done face-to-face or online via video or message.
